If you’re passionate about visual communication, have a keen eye for aesthetics, and possess a knack for crafting engaging social media campaigns, we want to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p>Position: Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist</p><p>Location: [Sharjah – UAE]</p><p>Employment Type: Full-time</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>1- Create visually stunning and on-brand graphics for digital and print media, including but not limited to social media posts, website banners, email templates, brochures, and advertisements.</p><p>2- Design eye-catching visuals that convey our brand message effectively and resonate with our target audience.</p><p>3- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase followers, and promote brand awareness.</p><p>4- Craft compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.</p><p>5- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitors to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.</p><p>6- Manage social media scheduling and posting, ensuring consistent and timely updates across Analyze social media performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.</p><p>7- Stay up-to-date with the latest design software, tools, and trends to maintain cutting-edge graphic design skills.</p><p>8- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings, sharing your ideas and expertise to enhance our overall marketing strategies.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>1- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your diverse design skills.</p><p>2- Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts and executing successful social media campaigns.</p><p>3- Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.</p><p>4- Solid understanding of social media platforms, their unique audiences, and best practices for content creation.</p><p>5- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</p><p>6- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>7- A passion for creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for design and social media, we’d love to have you on board!
