<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate on projects including web design, presentation design, digital / social media graphic content, motion graphics, website, infographics, banners, brochures.</li><li>Create engaging and exciting brand graphics in support of projects and campaign initiatives.</li><li>Work directly with Marketing team on B2B Collaterals & Campaigns.</li><li>Maintain and update the design aspects of our company website in collaboration with in-house developers and marketing stakeholders.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, implementing innovative ideas to enhance design quality and user experience.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines, ensuring all visual assets align with our brand’s tone, style, and values.</li><li>Use your artistic flair to develop illustrations, icons, and other custom graphics that elevate the overall visual impact of our brand.</li><li>Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to meet project objective.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, target audience, and key messaging, ensuring design deliverables effectively communicate the desired message.</li><li>Optimize designs for different platforms, considering factors like responsiveness, load time, and user interface/user experience (UI/UX) best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with the latest design tools and technologies.</li><li>Expert knowledge Adobe Creative Cloud, (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) XD, Figma or Sketch</li><li>Experience creating video animation production and/or visually showing complex technical products in a simple compelling clear story</li><li>Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, coupled with keen attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>A self-motivated individual who takes initiative stays updated with industry trends, and continuously seeks to enhance design skills.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li></ul><p><br></p>
