As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and innovative marketing assets for real estate properties, including social media artworks, flyers, brochures, email banners, signage, video editing, and other relevant media design and edits. Your designs will play a vital role in enhancing the brand image and promoting our real estate offerings to a wide audience. We are looking for a candidate who possesses experience in the real estate industry with a strong portfolio, compelling design skills, and a passion for creating captivating tactical visual content.<p><br></p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Be an integral part of the residential marketing team to understand the real estate property requirements and marketing objectives. </li><li> Design and develop visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, including tactical campaign assets for social media, flyers, brochures, email banners, outdoor signage, video creation/edits, and other relevant media assets. </li><li> Ensure all designs are in line with Savill s brand guidelines and develop/maintain a consistent Savills residential visual identity across all creative outcomes. </li><li> Use innovative design concepts and techniques to effectively communicate property features and benefits. </li><li> Apply industry trends and best practices to create eye-catching designs that captivate the target audience. </li><li> Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
