Spring boarding from our strong presence in EMEA, where we have 250+ employees spread across different offices (Casablanca, Cairo, Dubai, Barcelona, and Mexico City)</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>About this Role</u></strong></p><p>As a Graphic Design Lead, you will be a creative thought leader with an excellent design background who will lead, guide, mentor, and motivate a team of designers in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.</p><p><br></p><p>You will be bringing in your Project Management and Team management experience along. Will be responsible of managing quality standards of all presentations and graphic design deliverables, mentoring Graphic Designers/Senior graphic designers in the team and also need to do hands-on work on design deliverables for key engagements and projects on daily basis.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What you will do</u></strong></p><ul><li>You will be guiding Designers in the team from Juniors to Specialists, providing guidance, direction, training, and support throughout their career development</li><li>Working on creative business presentations for various clients. Adhering to different clients brand standards and also work on creative slide design too</li><li>Be a design consultant and thought partner for our clients. Ability to comprehend business concepts/ideas and turn them into meaningful and impactful slides. Provide options to slides if necessary to convey your design thoughts.</li><li>Handling multiple projects with different clients. Work at ease in a deadline driven environment. Manage expectations of stakeholders effectively</li><li>Take part in the interview process and take trainings for new hires. Sharing your knowledge and experience with and other team members.</li><li>Do client calls and prepare scoping emails for project with detailing out the scope of the request along with timelines, milestone and cost estimation.</li><li>Quality review junior team members work and coach them as and when necessary.</li><li>Working Hands-on on key design deliverables for Marketing team or client teams. Executing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction</li><li>Converse in English language clearly and also write emails communications clearly with details and have a high level of customer satisfaction on your emails.</li><li>Mentoring with junior team members on periodic basis. Do their year-end/mid-year evaluations if junior designers are reporting to you</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Who you are</u></strong></p><ul><li>Working in partnership with key stakeholders to drive the execution of design projects alongside the team.</li><li>Providing leadership and inculcating innovative thinking to our Design team and establishing rich and engaging partnerships with various internal and external key stakeholders.</li><li>Sharp eye for layout design and awareness of design trends. Ability to coach team members and motivate them to deliver high-quality design deliverables.</li><li>Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to attention to details. Should be able to deliver high-quality documents and lead the team to deliver quality documents to our clients</li><li>Self-motivated and directed person, requiring minimal supervision for successful completion of duties. Consistent willingness to go above and beyond for project deliverables, as well as one’s own development.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Your Experience, Education & Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 6 years in similar role</li><li>Managerial experience</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts / B.Sc.
