Candidates at all levels encouraged to apply<p><br></p>What you will be doing:<p><br></p>Develop and implement tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic international project environment and support our clients to master their challenges.<p><br></p>Assisting on one or more project modules.<p><br></p>Directly interact with senior consultants and Project Managers on the team to solve business issues and client needs.<p><br></p>Assisting the team with their business requirements. In cooperation with clients, you will develop and implement innovative solutions and business models concerning the entire value chain.<p><br></p>Develop market strategies, accompany the team in post-merger situations and optimize organizational structures and support performance improvement programs.<p><br></p>Being a key pillar in our organization and important interface to our team, while being involved in one or more or small projects, assisting module teams with clients and colleagues alike.<p><br></p>Working with public and private sector clients across the region, workforces and senior stakeholder groups<p><br></p>Finalize and present deliverables to the team.<p><br></p>Retain excellent working relationships with our current colleagues to ensure that project scope is met bringing steady and constant quality in all outputs.<p><br></p>Architecting business strategies with recommendations for design and implementation.<p><br></p>Developing operating models and associated organizational capabilities to design and deliver value.<p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p>Bachelor or Master graduate (or close to graduation)<p><br></p>Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving skills<p><br></p>Professional experience through an internship
