For over 57 years we’ve led with vision, contributing to many of the world’s most ambitious projects, iconic places, remarkable experiences and prosperous communities.<p><br></p>As a highly integrated and agile AEP/PMCM firm, KEO is ranked by ENR in the Top 225 International Design Firms; in the Top 20 International PM/CM Firms; and by World Architecture as 50th largest global architecture firm and #1 Firm in the Middle East Region in their 2021 WAS 100 Survey.<p><br></p>We invite you to join us.<p><br></p>Our newest opportunity is for a talented <strong>Graduate Engineer – Sustainability (KSA Nationals)</strong> to join our award-winning team <strong>based in Riyadh, KSA</strong>.<p><br></p>We envisage success in this role to include<p><br></p><ul><li>Assisting the sustainability project manager in conducting compliance assessment for projects.</li><li>Understanding sustainability performance criteria and associated requirements and compliance paths.</li><li>Maintaining and updating trackers and checklists as instructed by the project manager.</li><li>Organizing information and documents as records of evidence of compliance.</li><li>Conducting calculations and analyses under guidance of senior engineers.</li><li>Drafting narratives demonstrating findings and compliance assessment.</li><li>Assisting the sustainability team in extracting information from project drawings and documents.</li></ul><p><br></p>To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 0-1 years’ experience partnered with a Bachelor in Architecture, Engineering or Urban Planning. Any previous training or certification on LEED, WELL and Mostadam will be considered advantageous.<p><br></p>The following areas of strength will be seen in the successful candidate<p><br></p><ul><li>General understanding of Sustainability in the built environment.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Environmental Compliance (IOSH, NEBOSH, ISO-14001 etc.)</li><li>Advanced use of MS Excel, Powerpoint &amp; Word.</li><li>Creativity, Problem solving &amp; analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to learn quickly and to pay attention to details.</li><li>Punctuality and understanding of the importance of meeting the deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p>High level of proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit, Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Other Presentation Digitalised Tools.<p><br></p><em><strong>Kindly note only KSA Nationals will be considered for this opportunity.</strong></em><p><br></p>KEO’s performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
