<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Google Analytic Specialist to join our e-commerce company.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><p>· You must have 5-7 years of reporting, and technical background.</p><p>· You must have experience with Google Analytics (GA360, GA4), and Web tag managers (GTM, Tealium).</p><p>· You must have 4-5+ years’ experience managing enterprise-class web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 360, GA4, WebTrends).</p><p>· You must have expertise with web analytics platform migrations and that will be highly valuable.</p><p>· You must have proficiency developing custom reports, advanced segments, and complex goals, and the interpretation and presentation of findings.</p><p>· You must have intermediate Excel skills and an ability to integrate disparate data sets into clear, concise reports and insights.</p><p>· You must have strong communication skills to collaborate with leadership, experts and decision makers.</p><p>· You must have knowledge of agile ways of working and modern software development practices.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Tasks:</strong></p><p>· You must define best practice approaches for analyzing online user behavior, configuring web analytics technology, and for interpreting data.</p><p>· You are supposed to determine objectives, methods and tools needed for iterative testing and optimization.</p><p>· You will have to write analytics technical and functional requirements for public-facing digital properties.</p><p>· You will have to create customized JavaScript or JSON code as needed for site analytics.</p><p>· You will have to lead regular tagging audits, providing best practices, and trouble-shooting to ensure accuracy.</p><p>· You must provide site analytics technical expertise, estimates, and recommendations to the development lead and/or project manager.</p><p>· You must communicate risks and issues in a clear and timely manner.</p><p>· You will have to run regularly-scheduled web analytics reports that contribute meaningful analysis and actionable insights to improve user experience.</p><p>· You will have to conduct ad-hoc analysis and report for internal clients as requested.</p><ul><li>· You will have to create documentation such as data dictionaries and analytics requirements.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.</li><li>Proficiency in using research and analysis tools and techniques.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools is a plus.</li></ul>
