<p>Incoming Tour operator looking for good ads expert / Media Buyer to help with the SEM goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and promote affliate products.</li><li>Work with the marketing team to identify target audiences and develop campaigns that resonate with them.</li><li>Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ads.</li><li>Collaborate with the content team to develop relevant and engaging content,&nbsp;compelling headlines and body for use in campaigns and on the website.</li><li>Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to improve ROI.</li><li>Monitor and report on key metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, and use data to inform future marketing decisions.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and identify opportunities to incorporate new techniques into our marketing efforts.</li><li>Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas and improve results.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.</li><li>2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.</li><li>Solid knowledge of core SEO principles (keywords and keyword variations, keyword stuffing, internal linking, etc.) and the ability to apply them to written content.</li><li>Quality&nbsp;content creation&nbsp;skills.</li><li>Strong&nbsp;copywriting&nbsp;skills.</li><li>Experience in creating landing pages and user funnels.</li><li>Experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;performance marketing analytics and dashboarding.</li><li>Data driven, with experience in relevant web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).</li><li>Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital marketing channels.</li><li>Experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
