<p><span>Viridian, a Paid Search Marketing Agencies, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Google Ads Marketer to join our team. As a rapidly growing digital marketing agency, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about online advertising and eager to learn and grow in the field. This position offers part-time hours initially, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.</span></p><p><br></p><p>Employment Type: Part-time (20 to 25 hours a week, with potential for full-time)</p><p>Location: remote, but bonus point if you’re based in Mahdia for face to face catchups every now and then.</p><p>Salary: 700 TND (negotiable)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Assist in creating, optimizing, and managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve client objectives.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, develop compelling ad copy, and analyze campaign performance metrics.</li><li>Support budget management, conduct A/B testing, and provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams.</li></ol><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Prior experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, either through internships, personal projects, or work experience, is desirable but not required.</li><li>Google Ads Certification: Having Google Ads certification or a willingness to obtain it within the first few months of employment is a plus.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is a big bonus.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. All our clients are either US or UK based, so Fluency in English, both in speaking and writing, is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is highly recommended.
