<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>As a Golf Attendant you will be responsible for the members and guests experiences, providing excellent service standards for all golf operation touch points: bag drop, staging, cart barn, driving range, starter and marshal.<p><br></p><strong>Functional Accountabilities: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and car park. </li><li>Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.</li><li>Provides sincere and courteous service to all members and guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.</li><li>Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.</li><li>Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition.</li><li>Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Trump operating standards. </li><li>Assists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, and pace of play.</li><li>Maintains accurate and up to date pace of play log sheets for the golf course which are appropriately logged and stored. </li><li>Performs range maintenance such as: presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids/buckets, and maintains ball inventory over the course of the day.</li><li>Directs start of play when necessary.</li><li>Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.</li><li>Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.</li><li>Assists with food and beverage activities if required.</li><li>Cleans golfers’ clubs upon completion of play.</li><li>Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>1 – 2 years customer service experience or training experience in the golf industry in the Middle East. </li><li>Excellent people and communication skills. </li><li>Demonstrates outstanding customer service. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills, attentions to detail and the willingness to learn. </li><li>Regular and reliable attendance.</li></ul>
