Gold and Diamond Sales Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Gold and Diamond Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-end gold and diamond jewelry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
• Build strong customer relationships through attentive service and product knowledge
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our gold and diamond jewelry
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Attend trade shows and events as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end gold and diamond sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required
