Synopsis

This is a great senior position to take responsibility for the overall design, development, and delivery of Etihad's global dealing strategy across B2B sales channels to drive quality revenue growth. You will build and lead a multidisciplinary team that will be responsible for driving Etihad's sales performance through:

– A refreshed catalogue of agency and corporate products & programs that deliver true value selling
– Robust sales planning and implementation
– Close collaboration with frontline sales teams and revenue management to ensure alignment to strategic objectives
– Close collaboration within Global Sales Strategy & Planning in the provision of efficient dealing platforms and processes that aid ncentralised dealing to support sales teams
– Effective and efficient methods of connecting performance to sales actions

Accountabilities

– Innovate and modernize Global Sales' programs and products to deliver value-based selling across key lines of business
– Analyse EYs managed portfolio and products to identify opportunities for optimization, growth and strengthened strategic position through segmentation
– Develop portfolio management strategies for specific customer/product portfolios, including targeting criteria, market eligibility criteria, performance management actions and pricing methodologies
– Offer costs, and overall economic and value modelling
– Drive robust sales planning, implementation, and performance management through adoption of effective sales program management tools
– Drive positive engagement with frontline sales, revenue management and other stakeholders
– Develop the foundation to allow for increased centrally driven deal implementation, and proactive sales action based on data insights and field sales feedback
