As our Global Payroll Specialist within our Global Payroll Team, you’ll have the chance to experience an unique 360° perspective behind the curtains of a textbook hyper-growth scale-up.<br><br>Working within a fast pace and growing global payroll team the payroll control team members main responsibilities will be to reconcile, validate and approve payroll related invoices to ensure on time payment.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do…<br><br></strong><ul><li>Processing, validating and checking Payroll related invoices</li><li>Processing/Inputting the Payroll invoices into our finance system to enable payment</li><li> Resolve all queries with the partners/vendors on any invoice related issues</li><li>Manage all queries from internal stakeholders regarding payroll invoices</li><li> Reconcile the payroll outputs and raise all 3rd party payments related to all payrolls such as Taxes, Pensions etc.</li><li> Ensuring all SLA’s &amp; KPI’s are achieved and investigating/reporting on the cause of non-compliance in the event they are not</li><li> Complete monthly service measure data </li><li> Ad Hoc Tasks<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For…<br><br></strong><ul><li>Previous experience in a payroll, accounts payable or finance role is desired</li><li>2-3 years proven experience in a high volume fast past administrative role</li><li>Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment</li><li>Ability to maintain volumes of output while keeping great accuracy levels</li><li>Good communicator, able to work well with others</li><li>Good computer skills &amp; Excel skils </li><li>Problem solving and efficiency driven</li><li>Flexible, Independent and Highly organised <br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Offer…<br><br></strong><ul><li>As a fully remote and completely distributed team, you can do your best work from anywhere you are the happiest </li><li>Merit-based culture with substantial growth opportunities</li><li>Trust-based work – organize your own schedule.
