Azurreo is a service provider specialized in the Telecommunications industry, with independent staff working in Turkey. Our experts leverage more than 15 years of experience and methodologies, and best practices to help our customers successfully tackle their challenges. We work across disciplines at any point in the project lifecycle, from strategy to design to implementation to operations and maintenance.<p><br></p><strong>Tasks</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure the administrative management of our global operations of mobile lines in more than 60 countries (validity, contracts, registration);</li><li>Resolve issues and problems related to these lines in coordination with the concerned operators;</li><li>Track and resolve trouble incidents on our ticketing tool,</li><li>Maintain the database relating to the administrative and technical aspects associated with the lines up-to-date.
