The company was founded on May 29, 1933 and is headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>Power System Planning is currently in search of a Senior Financial Analyst who possesses the necessary skills and expertise to provide support and analysis for the company’s current power systems investments and Joint Ventures’ performance. The Power System operates under the downstream business line and offers Power Engineering, Operation, and Investment services for both downstream and upstream operations and plants.</p> <p>As part of the Business Support Division (BSD), the selected candidate will be responsible for a range of financial tasks related to current investments and Joint Ventures. This includes conducting thorough financial statement reviews for Joint Ventures, performing financial Due Diligence to assess performance, monitoring and issuing regular reports and dashboards on Joint Venture performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as reviewing the Joint Ventures’ investment Business Plan and Operating Plan.</p> <p>Furthermore, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting corporate board members on issues pertaining to the current investments, assisting with board-related activities. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in reviewing potential investments for Joint Ventures’ future capital growth and making proposals accordingly.</p> <p>This role is crucial for ensuring the financial success and efficiency of Power System Planning’s investments and Joint Ventures, and it requires someone with a strong financial acumen and the ability to provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conducting Joint Ventures (JV) financial statement reviews.</li> <li>Conducting performance financial Due Diligence, Monitoring, and issuing JV performance and KPI Reports/Dashboards.</li> <li>Reviewing Joint Ventures Investment Business Plan and Operating Plan.</li> <li>Supporting the corporate board members for issues related to current investments for all board-related activities.</li> <li>Reviewing Joint Ventures future capital growth and proposing potential investments.</li> <li>Interfacing with various corporate organizations, such as Legal, Corporate Finance, Human Resources.</li> <li>Mentoring, developing, and providing expertise guidance for young workforce.</li><br></ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.</strong></li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Finance.</li> <li>Minors in Accounting or Statistics are desirable.</li> <li>Master’s Degree is desirable.</li> <li>12+ years of experience in multinational business or International finance.</li> <li>Strong background in financial management and analysis, commercial law, taxation, investments, banking, and foreign exchange.</li> <li>Professional experience with computerized financial systems is desirable.</li></ul>
