Job Description

  • Manage month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, analytics, IFRS and various statutory reporting
  • Drive resolution on issues in a manner satisfactory to accounting, as well as business partners.
  • Manage the year-end financial reporting process for the whole group including the audited IFRS financial statements and other BOD materials.
  • Drive process and control evaluation and documentation
  • Build relationships across multiple teams to foster a collaborative and productive working relationship.
  • Supervise and coach junior staff members
  • Deliver Monthly and reporting Package to the Management and BOD.
  • Deliver Successful of Audit financial statements.
  • Review and delivery of all Tax requirements on timely basis.
  • Continues engagement in Ad-Hoc reporting to the Management.
  • Ongoing reconciliations with Inter-companies transactions and invoicing.
  • Full awareness of local tax updates and compliance.

  • Strong evidence of people leadership experience with exposure to managing senior and well tenured team members.
  • Proven coaching, mentoring and motivational skills and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to create collaborative relationships that drive.
