As a process improvement, your job duties focus on observing project teams, reading quality reports, and determining how to make production more efficient, by coaching the teams, reviewing deliveries and action plan development for fixing and improvement.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Perform audits on sprint and release delivery and delivery project health.</li><li>Perform monthly product quality review with project leaders for all running projects and report status.</li><li>Evaluate performed software project activities, including testing team, and work-products against ADD process and Valeo standards.</li><li>Work with project leaders to make sure Application development department Dashboard is always updated</li><li>Detect and report deviations, non-compliances, & quality risks resulting from software quality audits</li><li>Track & follow up on deviations and detected issues till closure.</li><li>Supporting teams close any identified process gaps</li><li>Perform root-cause analysis activities on repetitive non-conformances to reduce/eliminate common deviations.</li><li>Collect projects teams’ feedback regarding process areas and activities and report and improve proposals.</li><li>Work with process owner to apply reported improvements and collect pilot projects feedback </li><li>Coach the project teams applying newly introduced concepts /Agile methodologies & procedures</li><li>Conduct process training for new hires or make sure it’s done by process owners.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Education/Training</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>B.Sc. in Computer Engineering or Computer science</li><li>Trained on Agile scrum </li><li>Experience in the Software Quality Assurance / Software Development field</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Professional Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>3– 6 Years of professional experience</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Languages</strong><p><br></p>Excellent command of English language is a must.<p><br></p><strong>Other Specifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience in the Software Quality Assurance / Software Development field</li><li>Experience with the Software development process, Systems engineering methodologies, and test techniques</li><li>Experience in conducting quality assessments of developed software</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Job:</strong><p><br></p>R&D Engineer<p><br></p><strong>Organization:</strong><p><br></p>Engineering Software VHG<p><br></p><strong>Schedule:</strong><p><br></p>Full time<p><br></p><strong>Employee Status:</strong><p><br></p>Regular<p><br></p><strong>Job Type:</strong><p><br></p><strong>Job Posting Date:</strong><p><br></p>2023-03-19<p><br></p><em>Join Us !<br><br>Being part of our team, you will join:<br><br><ul><li> one of the largest global innovative companies, with more than 20,000 engineers working in Research & Development</li><li> a multi-cultural environment that values diversity and international collaboration</li><li> more than 100,000 colleagues in 31 countries… which make a lot of opportunity for career growth</li><li> a business highly committed to limiting the environmental impact if its activities and ranked by Corporate Knights as the number one company in the automotive sector in terms of sustainable development<br><br></li></ul>More information on Valeo: <u>https://www.valeo.com</u></em>
