Generation ZT – Graduate Program

Job Description

ZainTech is the regional digital solutions powerhouse of Zain Group. The company is driving the transformation of enterprise and government customers in the MENA region by streamlining their digital transformation journey, making it simpler and more seamless than ever before. ZainTech provides a center of excellence and managed solutions across the ICT spectrum, including cloud, cybersecurity, big data, digital, drones, and robotics.

The Generation ZT graduate program begins in October with an Onboarding & Introduction week, where participants rotate across various corporate functions to understand different departments and their roles in the overall business operations.

After the initial week, graduates will be assigned to either the Data or Digital Solutions practice. In the Data practice, participants may explore areas such as Data Engineering, Visualization, Governance, and AI & Data Science.

In Digital Solutions, you may work on digital transformation projects related to Smart Cities, Mobility, and Video Surveillance across enterprise and government projects.

The program provides hands-on project work, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, enabling participants to gain valuable skills and knowledge from experienced professionals.
