<p><strong>SALARY RANGE AED 2,000 – 3,000 BASED ON EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p><strong>PART TIME</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teleconsultation General Practitioner (GP) to join as an extension to grow our existing medical team. As a Teleconsultation GP, you will be expected to provide virtual healthcare consultations/treatments to patients, utilizing telecommunication technologies to deliver high-quality medical services. Knowledge and confidence in the IV therapy field of medicine is highly desired.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>UAE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED</strong></p><p><strong>IMMEDIATE JOINING</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Employee’s main job is to work as part of a team of professional and medical staff. Typical duties of the job include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Complying with all legislation applicable to practicing medicine.</li><li>Conducting Tele-examinations, tests or procedures to diagnose patients.</li><li>Maintaining accurate medical records for all patients</li><li>Making recommendations for lifestyle changes to improve the patients’ quality of life.</li><li>Prescribing medication, treatment or therapy to patients appropriately.</li><li>Explaining test results and medical procedures to patients accurately.</li><li>Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.</li><li>Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.</li><li>Organizing workloads.</li><li>Different hour shift work can be a requirement of the job.</li><li>Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.</li><li>Protects organization’s value by keeping patient information confidential.</li><li>Serves and protects the Company by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures; federal, state, and local requirements; and standards.</li><li>Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, participating in professional organizations, and maintaining licensing.</li><li>Observe patients’ physical, mental, and emotional conditions.</li><li>Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.</li><li>Develop nurturing relationships with patient.</li><li>Counselling skills and the ability to listen actively to patients in a non-judgmental manner</li><li>The ability to deal with criticism and work well under severe pressure.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Patience and a calm demeanor in stressful situations</li><li>Familiarity with computers and commonly used software packages</li><li>Excellent bedside manner and time management skills</li><li>Willingness to continue learning throughout their career.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Consultations: Conduct virtual consultations with patients using telecommunication tools, including: audio calls, and secure messaging and more where required.</p><p>Diagnosis and Treatment: Assess patient symptoms, review medical histories, and provide recommendations on the best course of action/best company product they should . Develop personalized treatment plans and prescribe medications as necessary.</p><p>Patient Education: Educate patients about their conditions, the most suitable company treatment options, and preventative measures through virtual interactions. Ensure patients have a clear understanding of their healthcare plans.</p><p>Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals virtually, to provide comprehensive patient care and ensure effective communication and coordination of treatment plans.</p><p>On-Call Doctor Consultations: Carry out on-call consultations to patients’. Provide support in conducting telecommunications, remote examinations, administering treatments, and managing emergency situations.</p><p>IV Therapy: Possess knowledge and expertise in intravenous (IV) therapy. Administer IV treatments and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or complications. Have knowledge regarding the benefits of multiple vitamins and minerals used in IV therapy and the industry itself.</p><p>Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, documenting patient consultations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions.</p><p>Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in safe practices, IV therapy techniques, and general medical knowledge. Participate in relevant training and professional development activities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Must have DHA eligibility letter / DHA registered General Practitioner</p><p>Medical Qualifications: Hold a valid medical degree and be a licensed General Practitioner. Board certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.</p><p>Telemedicine Experience: Prior experience in telemedicine or providing virtual healthcare consultations is highly crucial.</p><p>IV Therapy Knowledge: Possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in IV therapy, vitamins and minerals, including the administration and dosage of IV medications and fluid management is desirable.</p><p>Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals remotely.</p><p>Empathy and Compassion: Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach in delivering virtual care and during on-call visits.</p><p>Flexibility and Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional on-call duties. </p><p>Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain effective communication with colleagues, patients, and their families.</p><p>Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage a virtual patient caseload, prioritize tasks, and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.</p><p>If you are a dedicated and skilled Telecommunication General Practitioner with a passion for effective healthcare delivery and possess IV therapy knowledge, we encourage you to apply for this position.
