General Manager (Home Healthcare)

<p>Our Clinical Team are currently hiring for a General Manager for a Home healthcare business based in the UAE. This is however a regional role and would include overseeing the businesses growth across the GCC</p><p><br></p><p>Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager will provide great leadership and direction to the Senior team, with extensive focus on quality of care, compliance, and commercial success through resident and relative satisfaction as well as team engagement and retention. </p><p><br></p><p><strong><u><span class=”ql-cursor”> </span>Overall Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with Client facilities and customers.</li><li>Responsible for the daily supervision of 15 direct employees. 320 indirect reports.</li><li>Capable of proactively selling the complete range of services to current and potential clients, customers, and local healthcare facilities.</li><li>Monitor the local sales market and respond to issues which could impact business relationships and contracts.</li><li>Develop business proposals, statements of work, bids and prepare contracts.</li><li>Travel locally within a reasonable proximity of the office to visit client facilities.</li><li>Manage the fiduciary relationships within the office, including pricing, margins, overhead, expenses, etc.</li><li>Follow state health care requirements and all laws/regulations, including wage payment laws, and UAE standards as well as corporate objectives.</li><li>Work with the Clinical Doctors, Nurses, and care givers to ensure optimal clinical outcomes for all Clients, including possible discharges and admissions.</li><li>The candidate will be responsible for developing a successful relationship with DHA/DOH/ MOH</li><li>Be able to manage internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Must be able to develop a longstanding relationship with Insurance companies.</li><li>Responsible for JCI accreditation</li><li>Be able to present reports to the board on business against targets.</li><li>Responsible for annual budgeting and forecasting</li></ul><p><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution</li><li>Minimum of (8) years of experience in a management role within healthcare</li><li>1-2 years of experience within Homecare</li><li>Experience with both Business Development and Marketing</li></ul><p></p>
