In addition to our core expertise, we also provide services in OSP (Outside Plant) expansion projects, enabling our clients to expand their telecommunications infrastructure efficiently.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the company’s operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all areas of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities, fostering a positive work culture, and driving the overall success and growth of the organization. Reporting directly to the executive team, your key responsibilities will include:</p><p><br></p><p>Strategic Planning and Execution:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement long-term business strategies and goals in alignment with the company’s vision and mission.</li><li>Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential areas for diversification or expansion.</li><li>Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and maximize profitability.</li></ul><p>Performance Evaluation and Accountability:</p><ul><li>Participate in performance evaluations and reviews conducted by the Group CEO, providing updates on company achievements, challenges, and progress towards established targets.</li><li>Take responsibility for meeting agreed-upon performance goals, financial targets, and operational benchmarks set by the Group CEO.</li><li>Collaborate with the Group CEO in identifying areas of improvement, implementing corrective actions, and optimizing operational efficiency.</li></ul><p>Decision-Making and Policy Implementation:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the Group CEO in making critical business decisions that impact company operations, growth, and profitability.</li><li>Implement policies, guidelines, and directives set forth by the Group CEO, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization.</li><li>Seek approval and guidance from the Group CEO on significant investments, strategic partnerships, and key business decisions.</li></ul><p>Operations Management:</p><ul><li>Provide strong leadership to the operational teams, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across all departments.</li><li>Oversee the project management process, ensuring timely delivery of projects, adherence to quality standards, and client satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor and analyze operational performance, implementing process improvements and efficiencies to optimize productivity and profitability.</li></ul><p>Client Relationship Management:</p><ul><li>Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.</li><li>Act as a primary point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business expansion and develop strategies to attract new clients.</li></ul><p>Financial Management:</p><ul><li>Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.</li><li>Monitor financial performance, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions as required.</li><li>Conduct regular financial reviews, forecasts, and reporting to the executive team.</li></ul><p>Team Leadership and Development:</p><ul><li>Build a high-performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.</li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to managers and employees, fostering professional growth and development.</li><li>Implement effective performance management practices, including goal setting, performance reviews, and recognition programs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong><strong> and Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the fire, ICT, or telecom system integration industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of the fire, security, and telecom system integration market, industry trends, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in operations management, project management, and financial management.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.</li><li>Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.</li><li>Knowledge of OSP expansion projects and related telecom infrastructure is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>With our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s success and shaping its future.</span></p>
