<p>An Agricultural company in China is looking to hire a qualified General Manager:</p><p><br></p><p><u>Duties &amp; Responsibilities: </u></p><p><strong>·</strong>Develop the company strategic and operational plans to ensure steady and continual growth of the company.</p><p>·Conduct the risk analysis of assigned operations and manage it in collaboration with the company staff.</p><p>·Organize and control all operations in a manner which effectively delivers plans and business outcomes.</p><p>·Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by conducting regular visits to the customers’ premises.</p><p>·Develop and oversee the annual operating budget and manage expenses in compliance with the annual budget.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Required Competencies</u></p><p>· Well-articulated people management skills, a strong leader and team player</p><p>· Sales and Marketing skills</p><p>· Leading and managing multiple business functions</p><p>·English, Chinese language is a must</p><p><br></p><p><u>Job requirements</u></p><p><strong>· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture Science</strong></p><p><strong>· Relevant experience (at least 7 years) in leadership role.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>All applications will be treated with strict confidence.</p><p>please submit your application in English</p>
