Job Description

Responsibilities for SHOWROOM Manager

Work with Interior Designers and Real Estate Agents

Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed

Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them

Sales Training

Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts

Carry out all sales in physical space, pop ups or online and through WhatsApp.

Offer a friendly demeanor and helpful attitude to all clients.

Place the customer first and assist them above and beyond the standard

Qualifications for Sales Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

4 years of experience in sales is a min requirement

Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic is a plus

MUST – Speak ARABIC and ENGLISH

MUST – have experience working in a UAE based reputable furniture brand

MUST – have good relationships with interior Designers

MUST – have knowledge of layouts and drawings (reading, understanding, advising)
