<strong>NAOS Talents</strong> is looking to hire a <strong>furniture<strong> Sales Specialist </strong></strong>to work for a company, that specialized in the manufacturing of steel furniture for the private and public sectors. it has been dedicated to the design and manufacturing of office furniture and medical furniture while providing efficient solutions and services to its Lebanese and Global customers.<p><br></p>We are looking for a professional who can convert pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers and ensures a great customer experience.<p><br></p><strong><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers</li><li> Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs</li><li> Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships</li><li> Reach out to customer leads through cold calling</li><li> Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction</li><li> Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule</li><li> Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments</li><li> Analyze the territory/marketβs potential, track sales, and status reports</li><li> Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.</li><li> Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends</li><li> Continuously improve through feedback</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in a similar position</li><li>knowledge in mechanical engineering is a big advantage</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Good presentation, negotiation, and time management skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills </li><li>Highly self-motivated </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Previous experience in selling or managing client relationships.</li><li>Can identify leads and demo a software product.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including frequent use of PowerPoint and Excel </li><li>Ability to organize and prioritize client visits, along with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
