In line with their commitment to excellence, they are seeking to recruit a highly skilled Fund Accounting professional to join their exceptional team.

The Role

* Execute daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting tasks for designated funds, encompassing the management of corporate accounts, budgeting, fund expenses, accruals, cash reconciliations, and cash forecasts.
* Ensure precise and prompt recording of all investment transactions, including purchases, sales, and income distributions.
* Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and schedules for assigned funds, adhering to the accounting standards and regulatory guidelines of DFSA.
* Foster collaboration with internal teams, back office, operations, and compliance to ensure accurate and timely completion of deliverables.
* Support the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
* Conduct comprehensive analysis of fund performance, providing valuable insights to senior management.
* Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in fund valuations, pricing, and cash positions.
* Remain up to date with industry best practices, accounting regulations, and market trends relevant to investment funds.
