It will lead the end-to-end demand, delivery, deployment, and maintenance of digitalization initiatives from business case creation to deployment in coordination with the AMESA Sector and Global IT teams. Functional and technical support for business process execution on the application landscape will be a key deliverable</strong><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Establishes relationship with senior business leadership to shape digitalization demand. Middle East team is spread across several countries in the Middle East.</li><li>Understand the H1-H3 road map for relevant functions in the business and map it to the 5-year IT strategic plan for the AMESA Sector.</li><li>Actively engage all relevant functions within ME for example Franchise Management, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc., and recommend technology solutions to meet the business process requirements</li><li>Be the first point of contact for business on new initiative in terms of being consultant to business for automation.</li><li>Translate business direction in firm action points and align with IT strategy at market and sector level.</li><li>This includes shaping the requirements, proposal creation, business alignment on funding, owning the product end to end for delivery, adoption, and value realization by working with various stakeholders.</li><li>Identify PepsiCo Global platforms and assess, promote, and leverage these digital technologies to increase productivity or to provide new capabilities for the business Improve user capability through the delivery/coordination of training programs related to technology adoption.</li><li>Manage cross functional business partner relationships on project teams to deliver value-adding solutions to the business.</li><li>Manage E2E delivery of the projects/initiatives as covered by the AOP (annual operating plan)</li><li>Alignment with DevSecOps team for overall delivery of business applications & AOP priorities</li><li>This role also includes working with internal IT team including InfoSec, Enterprise Architect, Data&</li><li>Digital teams during the various phases of the projects to ensure the deliverables meet business expectations</li><li>Provide business update on overall projects portfolio for relevant functions</li><li>Seek continuous improvement on business solutions and processes based on effective management of incidents and problems within the application stack.</li><li>Come up with continues improvement agenda for reducing the issues and increase business value realization from IT automation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT control standards</li><li>Manages Resource planning for the portfolio and ensures the right resources are assigned to the project</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><strong>Experience/Education</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>University degree with IT background</li><li>10-12 yearsβ experience in core IT field</li><li>3+ in IT team management role</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Competencies</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Application development methodologies</li><li>DevSecOps and Agile fundamentals</li><li>IT Project management</li><li>Familiar with leading off the shelf business applications</li><li>Understanding SaaS offerings</li><li>Familiar with compute and network infrastructure fundamentals</li><li>Multinational FMCG corporate experience in similar role preferred</li><li>Experience of working with commercial functions will be an advantage</li><li>Able to influence senior internal stakeholders</li><li>Strong business relationship experience, comfortably and confidently interacting with senior leadership</li><li>Able to exploit PepsiCo Global technological capabilities whilst understanding the local market business strategies and propose value adding solutions to Middle East Beverages business. Able to shape and manage demand within Beverages</li><li>Strong business analysis skill Advanced deployment planning and execution experience Good technology knowledge with good understanding of IT risk management and controls Good knowledge of corporate financials</li></ul>
