Convertedin has helped more than 800 e-Commerce worldwide.<br><br><strong>About The Job<br><br></strong>As the technical lead at Convertedin, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.<br><br>To be successful as a technical lead, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems. Outstanding technical leads are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><ul><li>Lead the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Laravel</li><li>Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code</li><li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug issues</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems</li><li>Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members</li><li>Establish and maintain best practices for software development</li><li>Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web developments<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field</li><li>6+ years of experience in PHP and Laravel development</li><li>Strong knowledge of AWS and RDS</li><li>Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript</li><li>Experience with adtech or martech is preferred</li><li>Experience leading and managing a development team<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits</strong> <ul><li>Work from Anywhere, yes this remote base opportunity with the availability of hybrid options.</li><li>We love flexibility!
