Provide technical guidance and support to the team members. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members and other stakeholders. Communicate project status, gather requirements, address concerns, and manage expectations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Previous Startup Experience: Demonstrated experience working in startup environments, understanding the dynamics, agility, and fast-paced nature of such organizations.</li><li>Backend Expertise: Proficiency in Python, with a strong understanding of web application development frameworks and RESTful APIs.</li><li>Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in frontend languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, and Angular, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles.</li><li>Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in relevant software development, Proficiency in programming languages, tools, and technologies related to the project.</li><li>Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams. Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide team members toward project success. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices. Experience in creating project plans, managing resources, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines.</li><li>Analytical and Problem-solving Abilities: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical and project-related challenges effectively.</li><li>Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
