<p><span>iPay Venture Builder is a Dubai based forward looking and dynamic project management organization established in 2017 as the Innovation arm and corporate venture builder of the Inteltec Group. Leveraging on its Telecoms expertise and heritage, iPay Venture Builder leads the development of Smart Telecom VAS, Fintech, RetailTech, eCommerce and other Digital Innovation projects across the MENA region. Also, as a business accelerator for both new business startups and distribution partnerships with international telecom service providers we drive the incubation, launch and operational execution of ventures across GCC and Africa.</span></p><p><br></p><p>At IPay4Aall, we rely on a dynamic team of engineers to solve the many challenges and puzzles of our rapidly evolving technical stack. We are seeking a full stack developer who is ready to work with innovative technologies and architecture in a forward-thinking organization that is always pushing boundaries. This person will have complete, end-to-end ownership of projects. The ideal candidate has experience building products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. The full stack developer will join a small team that uses modern technology to solve challenges for both the front-end and back-end architecture, ultimately delivering amazing experiences for global users.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Collaborate on system-level decisions through weekly architecture meetings.</p><p>· Help organize, manage, and deliver features through weekly sprints</p><p>· Write maintainable, scalable, testable code across our codebases.</p><p>· Grow as a developer through peer mentorship and weekly 1:1s with your manager.</p><p>· Collaborate with designers, product owners, and non-technical teammates (e.g., operations, business development) to deliver impactful products.</p><p>· Develop RESTful APIs and microservices that are designed to scale effortlessly, accommodating millions of transactions.</p><p>· Push the boundaries of web technology, one browser at a time, by optimizing the performance and efficiency of RESTful APIs,</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· At least three years’ experience.</p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software Engineering, or equivalent experience.</p><p>· Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks.</p><p>· Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular.</p><p>· Experience with back-end technologies such as PHP, Node.js, Ruby.</p><p>· Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.</p><p>· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug complex software issues.</p><p>· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p><p>· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>· Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.</p><p>· Familiarity with Linux system.</p>
