Full Stack Developer (Laravel + Vue)

Job Description

<p>We are seeking a highly driven, adaptable, and experienced Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Laravel, Vue, and database design to join our team on a part-time basis, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Laravel, Vue, and other relevant technologies.</li><li>Design and optimize database structures, with experience in MySQL.</li><li>Provide and implement feedback on user experience, time efficiency, and overall product improvement.</li><li>Maintain a flexible work schedule, primarily working on evenings, with occasional variation based on request.</li><li>Be available to respond quickly to urgent inquiries or issues outside of standard work hours.</li><li>Continuously strive to improve your own work, as well as the team’s processes and products.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in Laravel, Vue, and database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to both give and receive constructive feedback.</li><li>Basic understanding of design principles and a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and work needs.</li><li>Diligent and proactive attitude, with a commitment to always striving for improvement.</li><li>Availability to transition from part-time to full-time employment as needed.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Note</strong><span>: The position would intially be remote, but would later transition to an on-premise model. There may be the possibility of a hybrid model as well which can be further discussed.</span></p><p><br></p>
