It needs to be nurtured and grown by<p><br></p>talented people who experiment, fail fast, innovate and fight ambiguity at place to shape our<p><br></p>digital future.<p><br></p>So we are looking for diverse digital tech lead, responsible for the technical decisions taken<p><br></p>within the stack to define technical options and agree on solutions for future streams of<p><br></p>work, and to collaborate with Architects to build and agree on architecture designs. Also<p><br></p>evaluating the team’s work processes and best practices and implementing changes to<p><br></p>streamline operations.<br><br><strong>Accountabilities:<br></strong><ul><li> Developing high-quality and detailed designs</li><li> Approves architecture designs with a focus on standards, performance, flexibility,</li></ul><p><br></p>scalability and security.<p><br></p><ul><li> Provide code review for team members to ensure quality by validate coding</li></ul><p><br></p>standards and best practices.<p><br></p><ul><li> Focus on optimizing performance of the system </li><li> Write proof-of-concept code </li><li> Delegating work and assignments to team members </li><li> Creating end goals for the team </li><li> Deliver technical enablers and capabilities </li><li> Setup unit and integration tests <br><br></li></ul><strong>Professional Qualifications<br></strong><ul><li> Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering</li></ul><p><br></p>or related field<p><br></p>+6 years of experience in programming for the web.<p><br></p><ul><li> Solid understanding of Javascript, and Javascript design patterns</li><li> Solid Experience in at least one of Javascript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue</li><li> Vast experience building complex web user interfaces </li><li> Demonstrate a keen understanding of user interaction and design principles and</li></ul><p><br></p>standards.<p><br></p><ul><li> Have significant knowledge of visual aesthetic components and elements such as</li></ul><p><br></p>fonts, layout, color, graphics etc.<p><br></p><ul><li> An exceptionally good coder with high familiarity in server-side web frameworks, for</li></ul><p><br></p>example, Django and Express.js. This individual will also need to be highly familiar<p><br></p>with cross-browser compatibility issues and demonstrate design and user<br><br><strong>Interface/user Experience Skills.<br></strong><ul><li> Must be highly proficient in CSS3, HTML5</li><li> Deep understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, inclusive of SASS </li></ul><p><br></p>C2 General<p><br></p><ul><li> Have an excellent understanding of partial page updates and AJAX </li><li> Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and complexity</li><li> Passionate to optimize the performance bottlenecks and large-scale deployments</li><li> Big fan of unit testing and TDD</li><li> Strong command of Git and team workflows </li><li> Professional-level written and spoken English </li><li> Experienced with any of the cloud platforms (Azure, GCP or Amazon)</li><li> Good understanding of CI/CD, containerization and container orchestration tools</li><li> Familiar with Agile project management methodologies </li><li> Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 Web Security Vulnerabilities and their</li></ul><p><br></p>mitigation.
