<p><strong>Our Story</strong></p><p>HyperSpace is a Dubai/Riyadh based future forward entertainment company, building a new format of location based entertainment linking physical and digital experience and customer engagement. Our parks sit at the convergence of social media arena and real world video game, engaging our audience meaningfully through an IRL physical experience and through digital engagement and gameplay post-visit. Our parks are powered by tokens and digital assets, and run on a game economy mirroring AAA gaming environments, and are purpose built for a new generation of content creators and players.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>To date we have opened up our first entertainment attraction – AYA – a 40,000sq-ft digital immersive experience park located in Dubai, which is seeing an average of 2,000 visitors a day. We will open two House of Hype locations, each 100,000sq-ft at Riyadh Boulevard and Dubai Mall in Q4 2023.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role&nbsp;</strong></p><p>We are looking for a junior/mid-level Front-end Developer to join our team of creatives and experienced designers. The technical team at HyperSpace will be providing in-house technical services, including prototyping, development and testing of a wide variety of web and applications to improve operations within our parks. This ranges from customer facing websites and ticketing services to staff admin panels and reporting dashboards. The successful applicant will also be responsible for implementing UI elements throughout the park’s attractions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Work with designers and product managers to implement effective UI</li><li>Design client-side architecture</li><li>Implement the front-end of applications through appealing visual design</li><li>Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency</li><li>Integrate with third party and existing in-house APIs&nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software</li><li>Work with marketing team to implement tracking technology where required</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Front End Developer or similar role</li><li>Experience developing desktop and mobile responsive UI’s</li><li>Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript – React, jQuery)</li><li>Experience with implementing Restful APIs and common security protocols (e.g OAuth2.0)</li><li>Demonstration of solid UI/UX skills</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills with attention to detail</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Desirable:</p><ul><li>Experience developing mobile applications in React Native</li><li>Existing knowledge of Hubspot CRM</li><li>Existing knowledge of Google Analytics APIs</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>The behaviors we value:</p><ul><li>Great Humans make Great History – Deliver Awesome, Win Together, Trust in Teamwork</li><li>Future Forward – Be bold, Be decisive, Think ahead.
