<p><strong>Job Requirement:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise the day-to-day operation at Front Desk.</li><li>Check all colleagues’ grooming and hygiene standards of colleagues</li><li>Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.</li><li>Ensure that the checklist did properly and sign the checklist after the completion of the required shift’s tasks.</li><li>Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.</li><li>Check the HK discrepancy report and update FDM, AFOM, and FOM if required.</li><li>Do the credit limit check on a daily basis for all guests in-house.</li><li>Check the FD colleagues’ transactions during the shift closure.</li><li>Familiar with DTCM &amp; Tourism Dirham reports&nbsp;</li><li>Cover the Manager on duty and night manager whenever required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The candidate should be/have:</strong></p><ul><li>Fully conversant with the hotel PMS system.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Standing &amp; Walking for long hours.</li><li>Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying&nbsp;weights.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work all shifts, public holidays &amp; weekends.</li><li>Must be flexible with working hours and <span>be readily available for various shifts, including both AM and PM schedules</span></li></ul>
