What you will be doing:
β Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
β Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through to departure
β Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery
β Maintain good working relationship with all Front Office employees with specific emphasis on Guest Service Agents and Guest Relations
β Supervise all Front Desk employees ensuring guests are taken care of in a professional and friendly manner
β Take initiative to add a personalized experience
β Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guestβs stay through up-selling
