<p>Parisima Talent is looking to hire with one of our clients.</p><p><br></p><p>Position: Receptionist</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and friendly manner.</li><li>Manage and maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.</li><li>Answer incoming calls and redirect them appropriately or take accurate messages.</li><li>Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and packages.</li><li>Provide accurate and helpful information to inquiries about the company, its services, and products.</li><li>Schedule and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth coordination and timely preparations.</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.</li><li>Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.</li><li>Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and efficient operations.</li><li>Adhere to security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Receptionist / Front Office / Secretary / Admin or in a similar role.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse individuals.</li><li>Exceptional customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor.</li><li>Proficient in using computer applications, including MS Office Suite and office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).</li></ul><p></p>
