This internship provides a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to start their career in hospitality and gain practical knowledge and experience.<br><br><strong>A little taste of your day-to-day:<br></strong><ul><li>Warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival at the front desk or reception area.</li><li>Learning and using relevant software systems for guest management and front office operations, such as Opera, QMS, and others.</li><li>Assisting guests with the smooth check-in and check-out processes, ensuring precision and efficiency.</li><li>Assisting guests by providing updated information about the hotel and its facilities, including restaurants and bars, spa, pool, and more. </li><li>Learning about various payment transactions and methods</li><li>Professionally handling incoming phone calls and efficiently directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.</li><li>Supporting in the management of reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and updating the relevant systems. </li><li>Being trained to handle guest feedback using the ILEAD approach under the supervision of a senior colleague.</li><li>Learning about IHG loyalty programs.</li><li>Strictly adhering to organisational policies, procedures, and service standards.</li><li>Receiving comprehensive training throughout your internship to develop the skills necessary to complete tasks with minimal supervision or independently.</li><li>Being provided with a tailored training plan aimed at helping you accomplish your training objectives.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Essential:<br></strong><ul><li>Currently studying or fresh graduate from any Hospitality, Business, or similar field from an accredited and renowned University.</li><li>Good understanding of core hotel operations and True Hospitality service skills <br><br></li></ul>But that’s not all!
