As an Front Desk Supervisor, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths to oversee daily operations of the Front Office team while ensuring an exceptional guest journey.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
– Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
– Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
– Demonstrate a commitment to personal guest service excellence
– Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures
– Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
– Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
– Take the initiative to add a personalized experience
– Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
– Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the other Front Office members to ensure a quality operation
– Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
