<strong><u>Job Summary</u></strong><p><br></p>Front Desk Receptionist provides guest services, handles reservations, check-in and check-out of guests, cashiering, and foreign currency exchange at the Front Desk according to the standards of Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa.<p><br></p><strong>As a Front Desk Receptionist, we rely on you to:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Provides personalized guest services such as check-ins and check-outs </li><li> Provides exactly information to guests. </li><li> Upsell rooms to meet the guests’ needs and improve hotel revenue. </li><li> Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>We Are Looking For Someone Who</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Takes pride in being a hotelier. </li><li> Could communicate with foreign guests. </li><li> Has related working experience. </li><li> Neat, well-groomed </li><li> Pleasant disposition </li><li> Physically fit </li><li> Oral and written proficiency in English; business correspondence skills </li><li> College graduate </li><li> Computer literate </li><li> Minimum 3 years guest service experience in a hospitality industry </li><li> Omani nationality</li></ul>
