Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist<br><br>Company: Protax Business Consultants LLC<br><br>Location: Dubai, UAE<br><br>At Protax, we’re widely recognised for delivering exceptional accounting services. Our devoted team of professionals is fundamental to our success, and we’re currently looking to expand our team with a Front Desk Receptionist who can contribute to our warm and welcoming office atmosphere.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for:<br><br>1. Greeting guests promptly upon their arrival at the office and directing them as necessary.<br>2. Managing incoming phone calls, screening and forwarding them to the appropriate parties.<br>3. Receiving and sorting daily mail and deliveries.<br>4. Upholding office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.<br>5. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, note-taking, and coordinating travel plans.<br>6. Providing superior customer service at all times.<br><br>Qualifications and Skills:<br><br>The ideal candidate:<br><br>1. Has prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.<br>2. Is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.<br>3. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>4. Has the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.<br>5. Is highly organised.<br>6. Is adept at multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.<br>7. Possesses a customer service-oriented attitude.<br>8.
