With a focus on providing comprehensive services to our clients, particularly in the areas of business setup and consulting, we are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in administrative tasks and prior experience in the business setup and consulting field, preferably in free zones. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.</p><p><br></p><p>As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Admin Manager and coordinating with our French and European clients. Your responsibilities will include various administrative tasks, project coordination, and effective communication with clients, the admin team, finance, and sales.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare application forms for company setup.</li><li>Maintain an updated and well-organized master file with all necessary information.</li><li>Provide the Admin Manager with meeting-related documents, reports, and information.</li><li>Share new and renewal documents with clients in a timely manner.</li><li>Prepare acknowledgments for all required documents.</li><li>Respond promptly to customer queries via email or phone calls.</li><li>Perform ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by the Admin Manager.</li><li>Coordinate with clients to arrange the collection or delivery of documents such as Emirates ID cards and bank ATM cards.</li><li>Organize transportation for clients’ medical appointments, Emirates ID fingerprints, bank meetings, and manage the PCR test process.</li><li>Coordinate with clients for the scheduling of medical tests, Emirates ID fingerprints, driving license applications, etc.</li><li>Manage all coordination related to company renewals.</li></ul><p>Required Skills:</p><ul><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with various stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in English-language skills, including writing, grammar, and spelling.</li><li>Knowledge of the documentary requirements for company formation in the UAE.</li><li>Keen attention to detail and the ability to keep records and files organized and up to date.</li><li>Competent collaborator and skilled cross-functional communicator.</li><li>Ability to work on tight timelines and handle deadlines efficiently.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify errors.</li><li>Excellent multitasking abilities and the capability to work with minimal supervision.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Salary is confidential.</li><li>&nbsp;If you are a proactive and dedicated professional, with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support in the business setup and consulting field, we invite you to join our team at Thallium Consulting.
