About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe
Job Description:
– Manage back office functions – data organization, filing, documents for submission, and new client account files.
– Responsible for closure of files for completed projects.
– Manage the daily cargo operations via documentations and communications with agents who are based in Africa.
– Monitor and track shipments in real-time to ensure on-time delivery.
– Generate regular reports on shipping activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of freight forwarding operations.
