This position primarily entails providing research and generating prospect names to support a specific practice. The key responsibilities include assisting in talent acquisition, as well as delivering on executive search projects. Typical job duties encompass:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Conducting research on companies and compiling targeted candidate lists</li><li>Identifying prospective candidates using various online and proprietary tools</li><li>Conducting research and mapping to ascertain organizational structure</li><li>Regularly updating industry information, analyzing market trends, and tracking notable “people moves”.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Self-motivation and excellent time management skills</li><li>Has high agency and is self-governed in his approach to task finishing</li><li>Knowledge using sourcing tools including but not limited too: linkedin refined search, google Xray search.</li><li>Ability to analyze and interpret data and make informed decisions</li><li>Client-service orientation</li><li>Flexible and agile</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
