<p>We are looking for a dynamic<strong> Freelance Motions Graphic Designer </strong>to join our growing team in D3!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Title</strong>: Freelance Motions Graphic Designer</p><p><strong>Reports to</strong>: Content Creation Director</p><p><strong>Office</strong>: Dubai Design District, Dubai</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY ATTRIBUTES | QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>1-3 years experience as a Motions Graphic Designer</li><li>Proficient in creating animations, motion graphics and gifs</li><li>Experience with photo and video editing software (like After Effects, Photoshop, Indesign or Illustrator)</li><li>Dependable, punctual and resourceful</li><li>Ability to cope calmly and efficiently under pressure</li><li>Good time management, organizational and forward planning skills</li><li>Exceptional creativity and attention to detail</li><li>Sense of humor is appreciated</li><li>Interest in luxury is a plus!</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY</strong></p><ul><li>Determining and developing creative designs as per needed.</li><li>Brainstorming and presenting ideas with the team on regular basis.</li><li>Working on range of projects using various softwares to create the desired visuals</li><li>Working independently or with content / digital marketing team to produce the desired results.</li><li>Conceptualize visuals and prepare drafts of animations, illustrations and other designs</li><li>Meeting deadlines and budget constraints regarding the projects</li><li>Scheduling project implementation based on workload which may include more than one project at</li><li>a time.</li><li>Studying and identifying flaws and then providing solutions to improve the design as per</li><li>requirement.</li><li>Revising the designs after receiving feedback from the team or clients.</li><li>Ensuring final layouts of motion graphics are visually appealing and on-brand as per needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Company Profile</strong></p><p>The Qode is a Dubai-based multifaceted agency that offers luxury brands an unparalleled approach to their public relations, events management, social media, and content creation.
