<p>In order to meet the translation needs of our client that is <strong>an international electronics company</strong>, TransPerfect is currently looking to expand its database of freelance translators working with the following language combination:</p><p><br></p><ul><li><u>English into Kurdish (Sorani)</u></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications, Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Native level of <strong>Kurdish (Sorani)</strong> language</li><li>High level understanding of the <strong>English</strong> language</li><li>Specialized in these subject matters: <strong>Electronics, Consumer Products, Technical Marketing</strong></li><li>Acute attention to detail, spelling and grammar</li><li>Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidates must also have one of the following:</strong></p><ul><li>A degree in translation, linguistics, or language studies or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training, from a recognized institution of higher education;</li><li>2 years of translation experience and college degree;</li><li>5 year experience and no degree; or</li><li>A certificate of competence in translation awarded by an appropriate government body.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Please note:</strong></p><ul><li>Applicants will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement and complete a translation test.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>In case this skill-set matches your profile, please reach out to Liis Krevald (Vendor Manager) via the following email: lkrevald@transperfect.com. </strong><em>Use </em><strong><em><u>TransPerfect | EN&gt;KU Sorani Application</u></em></strong><em> as your email subject.</em></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>By applying, I confirm I have read and accept TransPerfect’s Privacy Policy: https://www.transperfect.com/about/data-privacy-recruiting</strong></li></ul>
