We are looking for a full time Interior Designer with expertise in high-end residential &amp; commercial projects.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Key requirements:</u></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Creation of a mood board to display the overall design direction and different elements together (furniture, lighting, color palettes etc.) </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create design inspirations for a room of your choice, a customized color palette and textures, furniture examples, decoration</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Space planning and furniture layout design to optimize the use of space.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Selection of materials, furniture, and color palette to enhance aesthetic.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent portfolio of previous works</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Creative talent, imagination and eye for design</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communication and presentation skills</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Project management skills</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;BS degree in Interior Design or similar</p><p><br></p>
