Freelance Account Manager (Mid to Senior Level)

<p>MELD Advertising is looking for a <strong>freelance Account Manager </strong>with strong agency experience to join our team in Dubai. We have a strong presence in New York City and have recently expanded to the UAE. We are looking to create a long-term “permalancer” role with the right candidate.</p><p></p><p>You’ll play an essential in ensuring our client’s needs are met at every turn. You’ll also be responsible for working with clients and internal cross-functional agency teams to develop and execute advertising/marketing plans, strategies, and tactics.</p><p><br></p><p>You must have 5+ years of ad agency experience and have managed fully integrated campaigns across multiple platforms (mobile, social, web, video, and print).&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Client Management: You are the main point of contact. Engage with clients and continue ongoing relationship development. Identify opportunities for account growth. It’s our job to ensure that their needs (spoken or unspoken) are met with the highest caliber of service and output.</li><li>Cross-functional collaboration: Acts as a go-to person for cross-functional team(s), collaborate effectively, foster positive internal relationships, and ensure everyone understands deliverables and client needs.</li><li>Organize thoughts and ideas to provide clear and succinct direction to internal teams. Develop creative briefs, conference reports, and reporting, as needed.</li><li>Working with the internal creative team, ensure marketing pieces are developed and executed to align with client marketing objectives and strategies.</li><li>Support the CEO in various tasks to get the Dubai office running smoothly.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is a permalancer role (long-term freelance). Hours will fluctuate as we’re new to Dubai. We estimate needing 20 hours a week to start, but you can expect that to increase as MELD Advertising builds in Dubai.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
