That’s why we promote equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion in our business; and strive to help people progress.<br><br>Join and grow in one of our hotels: Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira, Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah, Holiday Inn Dubai Al Maktoum Airport, Staybridge Suites Dubai Al Maktoum Airport, Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport, Holiday Inn Express Dubai Internet City, Holiday Inn Express Dubai Jumeirah, Holiday Inn Express Dubai Safa Park.<br><br>https://ishraqhospitality.com/en/<br><br><strong>Your day to day<br><br></strong>JOB SCOPE:<br><br>Under the direction of the F&B Supervisor, serve food in accordance with hotel policies and procedures and local hotel standards.<br><br>RELATIONSHIPS:<br><ul><li>Reports directly to the F&B Supervisors</li><li>Interacts and cooperate with Kitchen staff, F&B Colleagues and Stewarding staff.</li><li>Interacts with other departments as required<br><br></li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<br><ul><li>1-year experience in the same role in an international hotel brand</li><li>Passionate about taking care of the guest</li><li>Fluent in English<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Need From You<br><br></strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br><ul><li> Follow the service standards and procedures for the outlet with ease of process, gracious and responsiveness.</li><li> Welcome and greet guests in a congenial manner.</li><li> Take the food and beverage orders to the guests after helping them be seated.</li><li> Assist the service attendant in times of heavy business.</li><li> Takes all calls, reservations, maintains accurate information in the reservation book.</li><li> Maintains the cleanliness of the reception area, freshness of the flowers set on the table and makes necessary requisitions.</li><li> Update the guest history.</li><li> Assist the head waiter in monitoring customer satisfaction.</li><li> Distributes menu copies to the kitchen and cashier for special arrangements.</li><li> Anticipate customer needs and to attend to this need towards customer satisfaction, promoting guest relations effectively.</li><li> Report guest comments and complaints to the restaurant manager promptly and to handle complaints diplomatically.</li><li> Performs other duties as maybe assigned to her by the Supervisor or Manager</li><li> Additional to the above-mentioned requirements an Employee will at times be expected to perform tasks and duties outside of his/her scope of work as necessitated by work demand. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br><br></strong>We give our people everything they need to succeed.
