Since 1947, we have been producing and installing premium and luxury elevators to HNWIs, celebrities and successful businessmen all around the world.</p><p><br></p><p>This position would be directly supported by our Dubai team, with offices across the country.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>- These will be split into three phases:</p><p><br></p><p>1. <strong>Market Research</strong> : Provide a comprehensive overview of the Jeddah and surroundings market potential.</p><p><br></p><p>2. If successful at Phase 1, Applicant will, with full support from Cibes Lift, set up sales team which will:</p><ul><li><strong>Following up on leads provided by our lead generation system</strong> (no cold calls or cold selling!) and converting them successfully</li><li><strong>Developing and maintaining sales and post sales relationships</strong> with high value individuals <em>e.g. company and product presentation, proposal creation, contract negotiation</em></li><li><strong>Maintaining sales records and reports </strong>as required by the company in a timely and regular fashion <em>e.g. using and updating CRM, filling out reporting templates</em></li><li><strong>Acting as Key Contact Person to High New Worth clients</strong> by helping them identify their needs and required solutions with honesty, integrity and professionalism and providing support at all times throughout their customer journey.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>3.
