<p><strong><u>Responsibilities &amp; Duties</u></strong></p><p>To be in charge of assigned accounts.</p><p> Operations follow up in coordination with the support functions.</p><p>To coordinate &amp; follow up on new store openings.</p><p>To follow up on Franchisees’ Legalities.</p><p>To develop pricing strategies in coordination with the Franchise Manager.</p><p>To develop tailor made products for markets based on local traditions, culture, and requirements in compliance with brand’s identity and in coordination with marketing team.</p><p>To follow up on placements, shipments and payments of franchisees’ orders.</p><p>To control and monitor franchisee’s stock, landed costs and retail prices.</p><p>To monitor and analyze market trends, competition and economic situation at all times</p><p>To ensure that Company’s image is preserved and maintained according to set standards.</p><p>To conduct continuous audit visits to markets to ensure that the brand guidelines and system are applied.</p><p>To acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of business trends and competition.</p><p>To develop, maintain and understand all sales materials and keep Franchisees educated on current product s offered by the Company.</p><p>To ensure all kind of reports necessary for Managements’ assessment of the business.</p><p>To participate in the preparation and review of accounts’ marketing plans annually, in coordination with the Marketing Department.</p><p>Marketing follow up: Event preparation, follows and confirms communication plan, assures proper implementation</p><p>To examine claims and complaints promptly.</p><p>To maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiate corrective actions.</p><p>To assist in the planning, establishment, and maintenance of account<strong> </strong>relationships within assigned named/key accounts.</p><p>To meet personal sales targets across the full line of products and/or services<strong> </strong>within assigned accounts.</p><p>To monitor competitor activity in each account and participates in the<strong> </strong>development and implementation of appropriate response strategies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualification</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or equivalent)</strong></p><p>MBA or equivalent is a major plus</p><p>Minimum 5 years of experience</p><p> Fluent in Arabic and English, French is an asset</p><p>Strong Knowledge of Franchise Dealership Sales Process</p><p>Presentation skills (from initial creation to delivery)</p><p>Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.</p><p>Analytical</p><p>Financial planning</p><p>Ability to operate in diverse cultural environments</p>
