<strong>Overview</strong><p><br></p>Act as a single point of contact for the BU Commercial &amp; Category Finance Teams and cater for that specific BU’s Finance requirements along with leading the team<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Lead Commercial &amp; Category Team namely:</li><ul><li>Performance management reporting including insightful commentary on variances and business performance</li><li>Financial modelling for PSP, AOP Phase-1, AOP Phase-2, monthly rolling forecasts and quarterly forecast</li><li>What – if and scenario analysis</li><li>Data collection to support decision making by BU teams</li><li>Other adhoc data and report requests</li></ul><li>Manage senior stakeholders</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and data to the BU in line with agreed SLA</li><li>Engage with senior stakeholders of the BU and Sector HQ for business performance updates as well as seeking feedback on Teaqm performance. Interaction schedule to be governed by SLA</li><li>Liaise with TEAM Data Modelling, Governance and Process improvement lead for simplification and standardization of reports. Provide assistance as SME in process improvement and technological enhancements and implementation</li><li>Lead TEAM monthly management committee meetings as part of the on-going governance structure to track initiatives progress, change requests, policy changes and overall TEAM performance</li><li>Lead TEAM Weekly connects with TEAM team and BU team to review KPIs and performance, Process accuracy and team management (hiring, releasing, on boarding)</li><li>Participate in Quarterly Steering Committee meetings to discuss strategic direction of the TEAM for next quarter / year, identify and assess new initiatives and other strategic projects</li><li>Lead and develop capability in the associates</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in finance and planning with specific experience in Commercial &amp; Category finance</li><li>Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in commerce/business administration / economic with high level of Finance &amp; Accounting Experience. Chartered Accountant/MBA/CPA Finance is preferred</li><li>Sound knowledge of financial systems (SAP, Tableau, MS Office and Other financial reporting systems)</li><li>Strong understanding of business processes (financial and SC)</li><li>Preferred Lean/Six Sigma Trained &amp; having Excel Expertise</li><li>Strong technical knowledge and experience of both Management reporting and planning processes</li><li>Experience with working with GBS (Preferred FMCG sector) will be an added advantage</li><li>Good communication skill. Proficiency in English &amp; Arabic language</li></ul>
